How do I get a quote?

It’s easy – view our price list for basic information, and then either call, email, or use our contact form to request a quote.  If you’re shopping around, feel free to send us a competitor’s quote.  In most cases we can offer both a better price and a quicker turnaround.  Call us at (432) 386-8674 if you have any questions and we will be happy to discuss your order and answer any questions you might have.

What is your minimum/maximum order size?

Our minimum order size is one shirt and our maximum is 5,000.

What are your turnaround times?

About two weeks for 200 shirts or less.  For larger or more complex orders please contact us for more details.  If you have a special situation and need a faster turnaround please call – we accept rush orders on a case by case basis and extra charges may apply.

Why should I use Big Bend Screen Printing?

Because we’re a locally owned business with a passion for quality product and incredible customer service.  We believe in creating lasting relationships with our customers, and think beyond your current order.  We offer guaranteed turnaround times, competitive pricing, free delivery on local orders (within 30 miles of Alpine), and a 100% satisfaction guarantee (subject to offer guidelines).

What kind of shirts do you use?

We carry too many brands to list, from your most basic tees to American Apparel and other upmarket brands – if there’s a certain shirt you’re after just ask.  We also carry a full line of options for fashion fit ladies garments, including American Apparel tanks, Bella Apparel, Next Level Apparel, and many others.

Our standard pricing is based on economy shirts like the Gildan 5000 or the Tultex 0202.  Additional charges may apply for other brands.

What do you do besides shirts?

We love to print on other items too!  Some of our more popular items are koozies, shorts, tote bags, hats, visors, onesies, polo shirts/business wear, uniforms and workwear, and performance fabrics.

What kind of art do you need?

It depends on the project.  Keep in mind that we have to have high resolution images to deliver a high quality print.  A tiny image from a website will not look good if it is blown up large enough to be on a t-shirt.  Line art, text, and simple graphics look better (and are less expensive to print) than designs with lots of color and detail.  High quality .jpeg or .png images are preferable.  If you can send art over in PDF, Illustrator, or Photoshop formats it is even better.

If the images you have are not print-ready or you need custom graphic design, we work with a number of extremely talented designers and can quickly put together your project for a very competitive price.  Just contact us with the details about your project and we’ll be happy to send you a no-obligation quote.

What’s the best way to pay for my order?

We accept all major forms of payment – cash, check, credit card, and PayPal.  All payment is due in full before the order can be processed.
